I am so great full with NBA, I first filed my application in 2012, my doctor at the time wouldn’t fill out the application. My health changed in 2014, so I let the NBA know the changes and they did all that needed to be done, I found out I had cancer, so with chemo and all the other illnesses I have, I didn’t have the strength or stamina to deal with it.
They sent the application to my doctor, he filled it out and I sent it off to NBA, then they sent it to CRA.
In a little over 2 months I received a refund from CRA, it was all the result of the work that NBA did for me. Thanks NBA.
