I would describe my experience with the NBA staff as a supportive, sensitive, and creative one. I have had an opportunity to communicate with more than one staff member and continue to do so at the NBA. I would therefore like to send out a big heart felt thank you for the money we received to the NBA staff for their quality service that neither my daughter nor I thought she were entitled to. We trust that you continue your needed and generous professionalism on behalf of Canadians with visible and invisible disabilities. On behalf of my family and all in need of your invaluable quality services I am very thankful.
