Recently, my mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Combine this with Multiple Myeloma and Diabetes; it makes for a big job when you are her caregiver. We knew nothing about any help for her until one day last fall I came across an ad for the National Benefit Authority. I took a chance and applied for my mom. What could I lose? Everybody that I came in contact with was very friendly and efficient. When we found out that she qualified for benefits; we were so happy. The money will help with any special needs that my mother has. I would like to thank the National Benefit Authority on behalf of myself and my mother for all your help of which we would still be trying to keep going without the knowledge of the benefits.
