With a liver transplant looming my sister was able to get enough money back from the government to pay expenses. The NBA was a big help in going through all the paperwork and follow through that my sister could not do in her condition and with appointments to keep up with.Now that her surgery is over she is still waiting to be cleared by the doctors for the next year but her surgery was a success and they have reduced a lot of stress from her. Financially she would not have made it without their help.
