It was really an unexpected windfall. Service was excellent, staff was pleasant & always returned our phone calls within the 24 hr. period. The claim was settled within a 3 month period.
i want to thank the national benefit authority for all their help in getting me the funds i recieved it is nice to know that they are there to help canadians who would not have recieved them, the people who work there are so nice and very helpful.
