NBA did excellent work in getting me money that I did not even know I was entitled to. A friend commented that he thought the 30% fee was a bit much, I told him that before NBA I had 100% of nothing and now I have 70% of something.
Very helpful. I appreciated that they looked after the paper work and I had not much to do. I did qualify for a refund. Not impressed that they charge a fee of 30% of your refund. Seems a bit high. However, I did agree to pay the fee. All worked
