The NBA certainly followed through with their commitment for a refund from Revenue Canada. The staff we dealt with were very competent and kept in touch with us throughout the process. We are very grateful to them.

With the help of the national benefit authority I was able to get some relief with tax credits that resulted in a refund great enough to help with more of my ongoing medical condition.
NBA was able to help up to the smallest details of my application and to have it approved. They always call me if I was able to finish all the forms I needed to submit.I will definitely refer them to my friends if they needed help too. Thank you NBA.
