Many thanks to he NBA. After getting the tax credit for about 4 years Rev. Cda advised me that since my disability no longer qualified for the tax credit I was no longer eligible. Completed medical forms and a doctors letter did not get me re-instated. After hearing about the NBA I referred my case to them and within a matter of a few weeks Rev. Cda changed their mind and sent me cheque for $15000.00 to cover the previous 10 years along with letter of apology saying I would qualify for the credit for the next 5 years at which time they would review my file.
