I am very thankful for the NBA processing my claim, and more importantly, walking me through the steps of what was required to fill out the paperwork properly. That in itself. Was paramount as my memory is not reliable. Each person I dealt with was very patient and kind. Never was I made to feel unintelligent or incapable at any time. Frankly, if it weren’t for the NBA, I would not have received a claim. The many steps and forms would have been too overwhelming for me to do on my own. I am very grateful. Thank you so very much!
