After an unsuccessful attempt with someone else. (I’m sorry to say he did not know what he was doing and also cost me $500.00). I called NBA. The lady at the other end was very nice and knowledgeable. I have problems at hearing so I made and appointment to go to Toronto . It was a very rainy and wet day and the traffic was horrible. Their greeting was cheerful. I met this very nice lady and she helped me understand the procedure and helped me with the application. My back was so sore that I was trembling and she was concern for me and gave me a bottle of water and to have a rest. From that day on I knew I was in good hands. There are so many of your employees that has helped me in a very professional way all by phone. I received the bill from NBA and I called and told them that I could not pay it until I get the government cheque. No problem you can send it as soon as you get the cheque. What a relief.
