With myself and my wife both disabled, it was a pleasure having someone who cares working on our behalf. I was not mentally prepared to do the paperwork and “leg work” to accomplish what the NBA did for us. Courteous staff guided me thru the process and were sympathetic towards my needs. Great job, NBA
