My wife and I are both disabled. My wife suffers from MS and I suffer from Bipolar. Both of these have taken a huge financial toll on our family. With two kids we want to be able to give them a life that they will enjoy, even though we both suffer from disabilities. My wife heard about your service through a radio ad. I was skeptical about the whole promise of getting money back from the Government that was owed to me. After a while of thinking we decided to submit are cases to National Benefit Authority. We where so surprised by the whole process. NBA knew everything that had to be done so we could get our money back. The process took about 3 months but, it was so worth it. NBA needs to be able to continue this work without Government regulation. It just seems that the Government is looking for ways to shut down the money that is rightfully owed. We have a friend who took 2 years getting the money owed to her by doing it through the CRA. She was denied twice, even though her son suffers from ADHD. She said if she knew NBA could have done it she would have. She still doesn’t believe she has all of the money owed. After everything was completed we where able to pay for our kids to participate in school extra curricular activities and we don’t have to keep saying no. Thank you National Benefit Authority you’ve made our life that much better.
