Dear National Benefit Authority,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you with all my heart for all the hard work you did on my behalf. When you contacted me earlier this year, you informed me that I could be considered disabled in the eyes of Revenue Canada. So I agreed, with little hope in my heart. You processed all the paper work and submitted them to Revenue Canada. All I had to do was to get a few signatures from my doctor. You kept me informed every step of the way as to the progress between Revenue Canada and you and I. I knew I was in good hands. And when you informed me that Revenue Canada had accepted me as disabled, I was lost for words. This is money that I never would have known about if it hadn’t been for the National Benefit Authority. I am so very grateful for all the hard work you did on my behalf. Because you knew what forms to file, who to talk to and your knowledge of tax laws, this money from Revenue Canada was made possible. I strongly recommend the National Benefit Authority to anyone who even has a small chance to be considered disabled. To be recognized as disabled has boosted my personal confidence because I was recognized as so. The majority of people like myself are not aware of all the tax laws and tax credits that are available to us. So you need a company like the National Benefit Authority to work for us, the layman, to take advantage of these laws as Revenue Canada does not advertise all the credits that we are entitled to.

So once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you did on my behalf.

Sincerely,

Fay Daignault
