How the National Benefit helped provied funds to a family that stuggled through family history of Colon Cancer.A small family from El Salvador that arrived in 1990 to Canada due to the war back home- had made BC their new home. The years went by everything was going well and had all adapted to our new life in BC. Until one day as any other day at work my father gets sick and rushed to emergency, after getting examined finds out he has colon cancer. An emergency surgery takes place getting his large colon completely removed to prevent the cancer from spreading. Therefore my father was no longer able to work due to his condition afterwards and was set on disability. We started to help my father in his conditions providing him with monthly groceries, clothing, shelter expenses etc. One day i came across an ad online from the Nation Benefit providing assistance to those in disability. I called and the information provided and assistance was outstanding. Every representative i talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. They set me up and did all the work on their end and I was always informed on my application update and current status. Therefore I would like to thank the National Benefit for their assistance and making the process very smooth and stress free, as the return defiantly helped our family finances especially in the struggle we have gone through these past years. Thank you againIvonne
