Everyone I spoke to at NBA are very polite and helpful. I was hoping we would receive monies a little quicker but also realise it takes time to have everything in order and for the CRA to peruse it as well. I certainly would recommend anyone to use your services and since we know some parents that attend a school strickly for mental and physical disabilities I will go to the school and talk to the Principal and give her some info as she knows which kids/teens are from a foster parent family or from their own family.
