My association with the National Benefit Authority (NBA) surfaced through information found on the internet. I used the number given to contact the NBA, and while I didn’t have the proper questions to table, the agent I spoke to did. Once I revealed my health problems and duration of such, I was informed that a package would follow in the mail. Upon receiving the package I followed the instructions, returned the package and the agents, all of them, took it from there. Of the many phone contacts that followed, it didn’t matter which agent I spoke with, the results were always the same; courtesy and helpfulness all given in a professional manner. Had the final result not been in my favor, my association with the NBA would have reflected a department that went the ‘extra step’ in endeavoring to accomplish my overall goals. Of course, the results were most positive and I’m truly grateful to the National Benefit Authority for their efforts on my behalf. Many thanks
