in 2006 i fell of the top of semi truck smashing my foot completely my leg in two places and lowere back.i have 12 screws in my foot plus a steel plate and wire mesh,i have steel rod in leg.i was in wheelchair for 1 tear ,a walker steady for 2 years .i still periocdically use the walker on days when i can’t put weight on foot and leg.lower back really bad,through numerous xrays and mri’s i have osteo arthritis from injuries plus sever foot and back pain and take no pain killers (cause to many addictions and make ill).i was getting workmanns comp unti i tured 65 2 years ago and got cut off,i don’t know if i qualify for gov.help or not cause i already get cpp and oas plus supplement yhx little bit of my story
