I really appreciated the friendly personnel I talked to over the phone. As I am one that has been dealing with losing my job very suddenly ,i was still struggling to get back on my feet,at the same time dealing with severe depression from the stress.My children were needing me to help them out financially and emotionally,which I was not able to do until i received the refund that you worked soo hard on for me….THANK-YOU!!!
