I have used this service a few times and so far, always get positive results – The agent that assigned to me was Marie (ext. 223) and I must say that she is awesome…great customer service skills and wonderful verbiage. I am glad I applied and glad you exist!! My husband having MS is enough to worry about as it is – with NBA, you take the worries out! 😀 THANK YOU!!!
