Thank you for your assistance in my receiving the funds that I did. It has allowed me to purchase a proper supporting bed for my Arthritis, especially in my back. I am sorry that I had to make my payment by cheque but my bank nor myself could set it

With a liver transplant looming my sister was able to get enough money back from the government to pay expenses. The NBA was a big help in going through all the paperwork and follow through that my sister could not do in her condition and with appointments to keep up
