hello …..i just want to say how happy i am that i got this imformation in my email and in my snail mail I so truely appreciate all the kindness and consideration i have been give in from the NBA…..the staff there has been so helpful and patient with myself and my husband …..if not for NBA i would not have gotten some articles that was really really needed for my care i have also been able to hire someone to come in and help me with everyday care for awhile THANK YOU SO MUCH To THE STAFF @ N.B.A….your ki8nd words and special care answered all my question …….you are so awesome
