When I was asked to write about my experiences with National Benefit Authority, I had to ponder a bit to find the perfect description to represent how I feel towards this organization. " NBA Delivers ". NBA delivers every word they said on their webpage. Their commitment to me was not only exceptional, it was very personal.
From the first time I read about NBA to the last phone call I made, I was treated with the best respect and service I have ever experienced. I felt their services and attention to detail is like a six stars hotel.

They walk me through every step of the process until finish. They are proactive, they keep in touch with me, they confirm with the Tax Agency that all the requirements were done properly and to their satisfaction. NBA gives me feedback without me having to chase after the status of my applications.

NBA mitigated on my behalf from start to finish.

I know from the bottom of my heart, I wouldn’t have been able to file this claim successfully without their knowledgeable staffs. I wouldn’t be able to navigate through the government processes if I didn’t have NBA’s help. And most of all, I won’t be able to reclaim the benefits that I am entitled to.
