I just want to thank the NBA for all they did to help me receive a large refund. I never thought I would qualify as all of my disabilities are “invisible disabilities”. I found them to be very understanding and even when I was depressed and unmotivated to get the paperwork in on time they were always on top of it in a polite and effective way. If too much time would pass without hearing from me they would send me polite reminder emails and calls. They always returned any calls I had in a timely manor and even listened to me vent at times. Thank you NBA!!!!
