I, Katarzyna Balakut would like to express my opinion regarding CRA trying to limit possibility to engage companies like TNBA in the best interest of their Clients.
I myself would not have known about the Disability Tax Credits (DTC) if it was not for them (TNBA ). Due to not being able to work and not having full compensation, the money came in very handy in this difficult time.
When calling CRA, agents do not inform Disabled Canadians of DTC Credit, therefore I was very pleased that The National Benefit Authority (TNBA) had full knowledge, was very helpful about the benefit. Their Customer Service is outstanding, in addition they have addressed all required forms from my doctor and provided constant updates in a very professional matter.
Their help and support means a lot and is very much needed and appreciated.
